Who refunds you

Courses are sold by Lemon Squeezy acting as merchant of record, so the refund is theirs to issue and their terms are the ones that govern it. Those terms are the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms you accepted at checkout, and they are worth two minutes of your time before you buy.

The part that surprises people

A course is digital content delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law you normally have fourteen days to change your mind about something bought online — but that right ends, by your own consent, the moment delivery of digital content begins. Checkout asks you to agree to exactly that, and access to the course is granted the second the payment clears. So the fourteen-day withdrawal right does not survive the purchase, and this is stated here rather than left to be discovered afterwards.

Ask anyway

If a course is not what the page led you to expect, if you were charged twice, if you bought the wrong one, or if something simply does not work and cannot be fixed, write to andreidotbarbu@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about what happened. Every request is read by a person, and where it is fair, the refund gets arranged with Lemon Squeezy. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy's support directly — either route reaches the same outcome.

What will not be refunded is a course read end to end and then returned. A syllabus, the free preview lesson and the whole roadmap are public before you spend anything, precisely so that buying is an informed decision rather than a gamble.

How it arrives

A refund goes back to the payment method you used, handled by Lemon Squeezy; how long your bank takes after that is between you and your bank. Access to the course ends when the refund is issued.

Please email first. A chargeback costs both sides money and takes weeks, and in almost every case an email settles the same question in a day.
